The consumer declares to have taken note of the following rules before placing an order in the online shop of the domain GILLE. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of the terms set below and is considered to be irrevocable and may not be called into question except as provided below.

Abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health, consume with moderation.

PRICE

The price is expressed in euros, including all taxes including 20% AT, plus postage.

ORDER AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

A confirmation email will be sent to you when you register the order. If you are unable to respond to the order definitively or within a normal period of time, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail in order to notify you and decide with you what to do: replacement of the product with a reference other than We will offer you, or cancellation and refund of the order.

DELIVERY

Delivery in Metropolitan France only.
Our deliveries are insured by a carrier and are made within a usual period of 20 days.
We can not be held responsible in case of impossibility of delivery due to an error of address.
Attention, the carrier is not required to mount the goods in the floors.
Please contact us prior to delivery if the problem arises.
It is the responsibility of the consignee to check the condition of the packages as well as the references and quantities delivered. In the event of an anomaly, reservations must be entered on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours to Domaine GILLE by e-mail to the following address contact@domainegille.fr or by phone at the following number +33 3 80 62 94 13.

RIGHT TO RETRACT

You have a deadline of 7 working days from the delivery date to return at YOUR COSTS the wines that do not suit you, to the following address:

Only the goods in their original packaging COMPLETE AND INTACT will be taken back or exchanged.
In the case of an exchange request, the redirection will be made at your expense.
In the case of refund request, this will be done by re-crediting your bank account or by check.
